Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Depression disorder was assessed by 2 clinical psychiatrists, referring to the diagnostic criteria for depression of the semi-definitive diagnostic examination manual for mental disorders (K-SADS-PL). ?Participants were aged 13-17 years with an IQ score =85, regardless of gender. ?Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) total score >17. ?The patient's literacy, social and educational background, and language skills are sufficient to understand informed consent and the study content. ?Not taking antidepressants within 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?intracranial placement of metallic foreign bodies, history of significant physical illness, unstable physical illness, neurological abnormalities, and physical illnesses that may cause symptoms of mood disorders. ?with a previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder, or turned to a manic state during follow-up. ?Combined history of other psychiatric disorders, such as attention deficit movement disorder, autism, developmental delay. ?with substance abuse or dependence within three months prior to enrollment. ?participant as well as immediate family members with a history of previous seizures. ?serious suicide attempts (HAMD-17 scale item 3 "suicide" =3). ?received electroconvulsive therapy or repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation in the last month. ?those who have received more than 3 months of continuous systemic psychotherapy and have failed.
