Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years. 2. Should be definitively diagnosed as organic or functional gastrointestinal diseases. 3. Consent to the recording requirements of the interview process, actively cooperate, honestly present their main concerns, respond to the clinician's inquiries, and successfully complete the entire interview process. 4. Able to sign and furnish the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 18 years old or over 80 years old. 2. With comorbid organic and functional gastrointestinal diseases. 3. Primary diagnosis does not involve gastrointestinal diseases. 4. Unable to provide an accurate description of their symptoms, such as those who can only respond with "yes" or "no" based on the clinician's questions. 5. Decline to participate in the interview or have it recorded.
