Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the 2010 ACR/EULAR diagnostic criteria for the classification of rheumatoid arthritis; 2) age greater than 60 years; autonomous social behavior, voluntary enrollment in the study, and ability to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Serious comorbidities such as interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary hypertension, rheumatoid malignancy, or complications of other major diseases,for example: progressive cancer, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state, hypertension grade 3 or high risk group, heart attack or stroke episode; 2) active infections, e.g., hepatitis B, tuberculosis, AIDS, etc; 3) less than 3 months after surgery or during radiotherapy; 4) patients with a combination of other diseases resulting in an expected survival of less than 1 year; 5) patients with mental disorders, unable to cooperate.
