20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age =20 years and =50 years, gender is not limited; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; 3. duration of the disease =3 months; 4. VAS score >3 and =7; 5. those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of severe spinal trauma; 2. Patients with spinal bone tumours, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc. as seen on imaging; 3. Patients with severe diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, haematopoietic, gastrointestinal, etc. or psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with other autoimmune diseases, metabolic disorders, and acute and chronic infections; 5. Women during pregnancy; 6. People with contraindications to MRI such as those with a cardiac pacemaker, Nerve stimulators, metal foreign bodies (metal implants, contraceptive rings), insulin pumps, etc.; 7. Participants who have participated or are participating in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
