experimental group:1.Let patients correctly understand the causes, importance and precautions of DR vitrectomy
2.Strengthen the necessity of postoperative self-management of patients, so that patients realize the benefits of self-management, otherwise its adverse consequences
3.To improve patients ' compliance with blood glucose control, diet management and postoperative downward position management
4.To guide patients how to carry out health management, the correct method of medication and how to alleviate the discomfort caused by postoperative and downward position

control group:Ophthalmic routine care, postoperative medication, diet, activity, posture and discharge and other precautions for care, and regular follow-up as required.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who met the " Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Diabetic Retinopathy in China ( 2022 ) " and underwent vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade ; (2) Age = 18 years ; (3) Informed consent, volunteered to participate in this study ; (4) Patients with middle and low self-management ability scores.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with Barthel index score = 60 points ; (2) patients with unclear expression of speech logic and mental disorders ; (3) At the same time participate in other similar researchers.
