18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years or =80 years 2.ICU Patients requiring invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring 3.Signed informed consent by patients themselves or their direct relatives

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac arrest patients 2.Pregnant or lactating women 3.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction 4.Patients unwilling to receive arterial puncture 5.Patients with history of transradial artery interventional surgery or surgeries involving bilateral radial artery access 6.Patients without palpable pulse or with radial artery occlusion at the puncture site 7.Patients with infection at the puncture site
