Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Usability Study of a Nutrition Management WeChat Mini Program 1.1 Elderly Population (1)Age between 60 and 85 years. (2)The patient or their cohabitant regularly uses smart devices like smartphones or tablets. (3)Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally. (4)Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 1.2 Medical Workers: (1)More than 3 years of experience in diagnosing or caring for the elderly. (2)Proficient in using smart devices. (3)Familiar with the basic situation of the elderly in their jurisdiction. (4)Strong communication skills and voluntary participation in this study. 2.Effectiveness Study (Pilot) and Application of the Nutrition Management WeChat Mini Program (1)Age between 60 and 85 years. (2)Regularly uses smart devices like smartphones or tablets. (3)SARC score = 4 and diagnosed with sarcopenia. (4)Local permanent resident with high cooperation, able to complete the management smoothly. (5)Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Usability Study of a Nutrition Management WeChat Mini Program 1.1 Elderly Population (1)Diagnosed with cognitive impairment or other mental illnesses; (2)Those who withdraw from the study due to sudden changes in condition, taking leave to return home, or other reasons; (3)Those with language communication barriers. 2.Effectiveness Study (Pilot) and Application of the Nutrition Management WeChat Mini Program (1)Diagnosed with cognitive impairment or other psychiatric disorders; (2)Participants who withdraw from the study midway due to sudden illness, taking leave to return home, or other reasons; (3)Severe abnormalities in liver or kidney function; (4)Patients with concomitant malignant tumors in acute or terminal stages of illness; (5)Participants taking diuretics, experiencing edema, having limb disabilities, metal implants, or other conditions affecting body composition, grip strength, or gait speed measurements.
