Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 65-90 years old 2: ASA ?-IV 3: To undergo major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who have been diagnosed with severe cognitive impairment such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease before surgery 2: Due to severe hearing, visual, and language expression impairments, unable to communicate normally 3: Declined to participate in the study 4: Second surgery in a short time 5: Intraoperative accident 6: Stage IV cancer patients
