Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Admitted to the hospital was diagnosed with hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture) by X-ray examination, age 65~95 years old, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II~IV, male or female, body mass index (BMI) 20~28 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Coexisting underlying diseases such as hypertension, cardiovascular system diseases, diabetes, etc., and abnormal coagulation function; (2) Contraindication to nerve block or difficulty in cooperating; (3) History of allergy to local anesthetics, chronic pain or the presence of psychiatric illness and long-term medication; (4) Multiple fractures, allergy to amide local anesthetics, acetaminophen, tramadol and meperidine; (5) Infection of fascia iliaca space puncture site, peripheral neuropathy; (6) Dementia, preoperative waiting time > 5 days, and the patient refused to join this study.
