Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?The patient is 12-18 years old and has been diagnosed with depression by a psychiatrist according to the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Edition (ICD-10). ? The caregiver is hospitalised with the patient, the relationship is father-son or mother-son, the caregiver has taken care of the patient for more than 3 months, the caregiver is responsible for the main care tasks, and a fixed caregiver who is familiar with the patient's condition; ? Good language expression and communication skills; ? Signing the informed consent form and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has a combination of other mental disorders or organic diseases; ? the carer suffers from mental or cognitive disorders or serious organic diseases
