18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: between 18 and 65 years of age 2: Pitts- burgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score =7 3: no antipsychotic, sedative or hypnotic medications were used in the two weeks prior to enrollment that might have an effect on symptoms 4: no serious physical illness, cerebrovascular accident or organic brain disease 5: compliance was good enough to cooperate with this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: People with a history of drug and alcohol dependence 2: Persons with neurological or psychiatric disorders 3: Presence of significant emotional disturbance 4: Missing clinical data or dropping out of the study midway through the study
