Complications of anesthesia

Interventions

Sugammadex group:Sugammadex was administered at a dose of 4 mg/kg, diluted with normal saline to a total volume of 5 ml after surgery.
Neostigmine group:Neostigmine at a dose of 0.05 mg/kg mixed with 0.02 mg/kg of atropine was administered, diluted with normal saline to a total volume of 5 ml after surgery.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years; 2. Patients with ASA grade I - III; 3. Elective uni-port thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed; 4. Patients were extubated in the operating room after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to research drugs; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Severe heart and lung disease before sugery; 4. BMI = 35 kg/m2; 5. Patients with pre-existing neuromuscular disease; 6. Refuse to sign informed consent form.
