Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving noninvasive ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are younger than 18 years old;2. have facial skin lesions that directly affect the diagnosis of pressure injury;3. already having the facial injury at admission;4. have an acute or serious illness so removal of the mask is forbidden;5.receiving noninvasive ventilation for less than 24 hours.
