Blue light group:40 minutes a day of low doses of blue light exposure (60 melanopic lux, 6Hz-20Hz) with VR devices.
Blue light+defocus group:40 minutes a day of low doses of peripheral defocus signal and blue light exposure (60 melanopic lux, 6Hz-20Hz) with VR devices.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children, adolescents and adults between 8 and 40 years old with myopia progression (progression of children under 18 years old: no less than -0.75D per year, progression of adults over 18 years old: no less than -0.50D per year) were randomly selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not able to cooperate with relevant examinations. 2. Existence of organic eye disease which compromises best corrected visual acuity, and other ocular and systematic diseases that considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study. 3. History of mental or CNS diseases. 4. Other conditions considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study.
