18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 and =75 years, gender is not limited; 2. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for RE with DE; 3. Meet the Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for RE with DE Liver and Stomach Depressed Heat syndrome; 4. Full periodontal examination, except for the third molar, the subject has at least 20 teeth in the mouth; 5. Understanding, agreeing to participate in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of one of the following conditions: other oesophageal complications (eosinophilic oesophagitis, oesophageal varices, oesophageal scleroderma, oesophageal stenosis, etc.), previous oesophageal and gastrointestinal surgery history, oesophageal chemotrauma (corrosive injuries, blunt injuries, sharps injuries, etc.), peptic ulcers (excluding scarring stage), Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, gastrointestinal tract malignant tumours and other serious gastrointestinal disorders; 2. Combined history or clinical manifestations of serious heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney, blood and metabolic diseases; 3. diseases causing reflux of gastric contents such as chronic alcoholism, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, pregnancy and cyclic vomiting syndrome; 4. Long-term nocturnal teeth grinding, excessive consumption of acidic foods and drugs, long-term exposure to acidic working environment, taking drugs to reduce salivary secretion ; 5. Tetracycline teeth, dental fluorosis, are undergoing orthodontic treatment; 6. Suffering from diseases that can obviously cause changes in the oral cavity, such as dry mouth syndrome, salivary stone disease, other salivary gland inflammation or collateral facial tumours; 7. have participated or are participating in other clinical trials 2 weeks prior to enrolment; 8. those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study.
