18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: : 1) Patients diagnosed with ureteral stones causing renal colic through imaging examination, regardless of age and gender. 2) Patients undergoing self-expulsion therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete medical record documentation. 2) Lack of urine routine, blood routine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, renal function tests, and imaging data. 3) History of urological surgery (including extracorporeal lithotripsy). 4) Hospitalized patients. 5) Immunodeficiency or positive HIV antibody. 6) Presence of severe liver or kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, hematological disorders, or malignant tumors.
