18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: age:18~45yr 2: GA between 37 week and 42 week 3: singleton pregnancy, primipara 4: ruptured membrane 5: the period of the second stage of labor more than 30mins

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: fetal distress during laoor 2: obvious cephalopelvic dispropotion 3: Transition to cesarean section during vaginal trial delivery 4: Abnormal heart function 5: hypertension during labor 6: VBAC 7: Multimple pregnancy 8: unable to cooperate
