Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes in the Chinese Clinical Guidelines for Prevention and Control of Type 2 Diabetes in the Elderly (2022 edition); ? Age = 60 years old; ? Can communicate normally without language barrier; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with other major diseases, such as malignant tumors, renal failure stage 4 or 5, etc. and/or those with mental diseases and unstable conditions; ? Patients with severe edema, infection, and peripheral circulation disorders; ? Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction; ? Are participating in other studies.
