Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Only those who meet all the following conditions can be included. ? Common standard: Select male or female teenagers aged 12-18 (referring to the age division of "teenagers" in the regulations on "criminal responsibility for juvenile delinquency" in Article 17 of the Criminal Law of China); Able to correctly understand the requirements of researchers; Those who voluntarily sign an informed consent form. ? Adolescent patients with neck pain: Pathological criteria and severity criteria for neck pain: In accordance with the "Classification of Neck Pain and Related Diseases in the Bone and Joint Decade 2000-2010 Strategic Task", level I or II (divided into four levels); Axial (non root) neck pain caused by small joint, intervertebral disc, muscle, and ligament lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Those who meet one of the following conditions cannot be included in this study. ? Individuals under 12 years old or over 18 years old Level III or IV in accordance with the "Classification of Neck Pain and Related Diseases" in the "Bone and Joint Decade 2000-2010 Strategic Task" Patients with cervical fractures, dislocations, neck tumors or tuberculosis Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive system diseases, autoimmune diseases, mental illness, acute or chronic infections Other situations where the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this study.
