Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The duration of acute-phase herpes zoster neuralgia is <1 month. ? The site of onset was unilateral cervical, thoracic and lumbar segments. ? Score 4-6 on the numerical rating scale method, and the patient is able to objectively evaluate his/her own pain and score it. ? No serious systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal diseases, and received dorsal root ganglion PRP and anti-inflammatory and analgesic liquid injection treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Significant pain from other causes. ? Suffering from psychosomatic diseases. ? Coagulation disorders, infection at the puncture site or other systemic infections. ? There are other conditions that cannot cooperate with the treatment.
