Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with chronic heart failure; Aged = 60 years; Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having other serious diseases, such as malignant tumor; Having mental disorders, cognitive disorders and communication disorders
