Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients after ACLR: need to meet the following 8 items simultaneously ? Age: 18-40 years old, BMI: 18.5-23.9; ? Gender is not limited; ? dominant leg: right side; ? Injury type: anterior cruciate ligament injury ? Type of graft: autograft, allograft, artificial ligament ? Postoperative time: 3-12 months after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction ? After surgery, a standardized rehabilitation program is implemented ? There is no severe knee pain or knee effusion that affects the function of the knee joint during the evaluation 2. Inclusion criteria for the control group: the following two conditions must be met simultaneously ? The age, height, weight, gender, dominant leg, and preoperative Tegner score of the group were matched with those of the ACLR group at the group level ? No history of lower limb ligament or bone injury;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute injury of any joint in the lower limbs within 3 months before inclusion in the study, resulting in at least 1 day of inability to engage in all physical activities desired; ? Other lower limb injuries or surgical history (such as bones, joints, nerves); ? Patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament repair surgery ? Patients with vestibular dysfunction and other diseases that may affect walking ability; ? history of neurological disease or mental illness; ? Those who are taking drugs that may affect cognition (such as antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, opioids, etc.); ? Abnormal vision ? Women during pregnancy; ? Unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
