Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Female patients, meet the diagnostic criteria of mixed urinary incontinence; ? Age 45-75 years old; ? Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Urgent incontinence, mixed incontinence and overflowing incontinence; ? Symptomatic (urinary pain, fever symptoms) urinary system infection (infection control can be included); ? Tumors of urinary system and pelvic organs; (4) Within the last 1 month to treat incontinence or may affect the function of the lower urinary tract drugs, or to treat incontinence non-drug therapy (electrical stimulation, bladder training, pelvic floor muscle training, etc.); History of urinary incontinence surgery and pelvic floor surgery (including hysterectomy); ? pelvic organ prolapse =II degree; ? Residual urine =100ml; Uncontrolled diabetes and severe hypertension; Diseases affecting the function of the lower urethra, such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, cauda equina nerve injury, multiple system atrophy, etc. ? Patients with serious heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, mental diseases and obvious cognitive dysfunction; Persons who are unable or restricted to walk, climb or run; ? Likely to have poor compliance with the test; Pregnancy, lactation period and postpartum =12 months; 14 Install cardiac pacemakers, metal allergy or serious fear of needles; ? Participants in other subjects; ? Persons has received acupuncture therapy for urinary incontinence in the past 3 months
