Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V for primary insomnia; b. PSQI > 7 points; c. No history of taking anti-anxiety, depression or sleep medications in the past two weeks; d. Exclude other mental disorders and systemic organic diseases; e. No serious skin or blood-related diseases, such as neurodermatitis and atopic dermatitis, thrombocytopenia, coagulation disorders and hemophilia; f. Able to accept the treatment of this study, not fainting or afraid of acupuncture, and able to cooperate with doctors to complete data collection before and after treatment; g. Patients who have informed consent to participate in this project and are willing to participate in the enrollment and can actively cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Other sleep disorders caused insomnia: b. Such as sleep apnea syndrome, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, etc.; c. Has suffered from serious heart, brain, liver, kidney disease or other serious physical diseases; d. The patient has a history of brain injury or brain surgery; e.MRI scanning contraindications (e.g. metal in the body, pacemaker installation, claustrophobia); f. History of other mental illness or family history; g. History or current history of alcohol and drug abuse; h. Pregnant or lactating women; i. Unqualified brain function data.
