Interventions

Tissue flossing group(FLOSS):The subjects were standing with their feet slightly wider than shoulder width, and the tissue flossing was then applied from above the subject's dominant side of the patel
Vibration group(VIB):The subjects began the intervention by squatting half on a vibrating platform and holding the handle with both hands. After the vibration began, the subject performed 10 squats an
Control group(CON):After the molding is completed, no additional intervention is required.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-24; 2) People who adhere to regular exercise were screened through the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire; 3) No exercise risk factors, good physical condition; 4) Volunteer to participate in the test without any complaints.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Taking medication; 2) Musculoskeletal injury in the lower extremities within the last 6 months; 3) The subject has symptoms of muscle soreness or chronic pain; 4) Have a major disease or congenital disease; 5) Smoking, drinking and other bad habits; 6) Latex allergy; 7) Other subjects who are unfavorable or have influence on the test.
