Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients: (1) Patients with first cerebral infarction met the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke established by WHO; CT/MRI confirmed a unilateral supratentorial lesion in the cerebral hemisphere, right handed (2) Recessive aspiration was confirmed by routine standardized swallowing angiography after stroke (3) Age 18-70 (4) Duration of illness from 14 days to 6 months (5) Can comply with the instructions to cooperate with the inspection (6) The body has no metal implants, and can perform MRI and NIRS examination; (7) With the consent of patients and their families, voluntarily sign informed consent Health control: (1) The subjects sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the experiment; (2) no history of neuropsychiatric diseases and family history; (3) No history of chronic respiratory diseases (4) Edinburgh Handedness Scale rated as right-handedness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient: (1) non-unilateral or subtentorial lesions; (2) Previous history of stroke, brain tumor, brain trauma or other neuropsychiatric; (3) A history of chronic respiratory disease; (4) Previous history of organic neck disease, (5) severe cardiopulmonary and renal complications; (6) can not cooperate with the examination and treatment. (7) Patients with tracheotomy Health control: Pregnant, lactating or menstruating women; Refuse to sign informed consent.
