Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were all comatose patients with a GCS score of less than 10, unable to cough and expectorate on their own. Received treatment in uur hospital and had multifunctional monitoring throughout the process. The pre enrollment examination results confirmed that no pulmonary infection had occurred, and the patient's family was informed of the study and signed a paper document for confirmation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Merge patients with other serious bodily diseases and MODS patients; Patients with severe concurrent infections; Patients receiving tracheostomy treatment; Patients receiving tracheal intubation and sputum suction; Patients with unstable vital signs.
