Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Physical healthiness, without cardiovascular diseases;(2)Must possess over two years of strength training experience;(3)No history of lower extremity injuries within the past six months;(4)Proficient in the execution of the barbell back squat with weight on the shoulders;(5)The subject holds a national level II basketball athlete certificate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance;2. Lost to follow-up due to injury or withdrawal during the study;3. Failure to cooperate.
