Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with liver failure according to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Failure (2018 Edition) : Severe liver injury caused by various causes, resulting in severe dysfunction or decompensation of synthetic, detoxification, metabolic, and biotransformation functions, coagulation dysfunction (INR= 1.5), elevated blood total bilirubin (= 5 mg/dL), with or without hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, ascites, etc. (2) Regardless of gender, only adult cases were included, aged over 18 years old, less than or equal to 80 years old; (3) The patient and his family members understand and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with active bleeding and severe cardiac insufficiency or hemodynamic instability; (2) Participating in other clinical trials; (3) Patients with severe allergy to blood products; (4) Concurrent CRRT treatment; (5) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant.
