60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective major surgery (non-cardiac, non-intracranial surgery) under general anesthesia with an expected surgery duration of = 2 hours 2. Aged = 60 years 3. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) score = 24 points 4. ASA classification I-IV 5. Understand the content of the informed consent form, willing to participate in this survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antipsychotic drugs within 30 days before surgery or presence of psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, depression, etc.) 2. Language or hearing impairment, unable to complete neuropsychological testing 3. Illiterate 4. History of central nervous system diseases with residual effects 5. Currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the primary outcome
