Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: ? It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of normal high blood pressure in China's Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China (revised in 2018); ? Age 18-60 years; ?Primary school or above, with good language expression and understanding skills; ? Knowing their own condition, they agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (2) Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with motor, communication and consciousness disorders; ? Complicated with other serious life-threatening diseases; ?Patients with serious physical diseases, resulting in uncooperative patients; ? Pregnancy preparation and pregnancy. ? There is the cause of secondary hypertension.
