Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Abutment tooth with 2 or fewer ferrule (defined as the axial wall above the gums with a height of = 1.5mm and a thickness of = 1mm); (2) Complete complete root canal treatment for more than 1 week, with no clinical symptoms of pulpitis or periapical periodontitis, and no periapical disease detected on imaging; (3) Before restoration, the degree of looseness of the affected tooth should not exceed II degrees, the absorption of alveolar bone should be less than one-third of the root length, and the affected tooth should not have root cracks or apical cysts; (4) No progressive gingivitis or periodontitis before repair; (5) Repair using cast precious metal post cores and full crowns; (6) There is an occlusal relationship with the opposing teeth; (7) Good oral hygiene condition; (8) Good oral and maxillofacial function, without side functional movements such as tight biting and night grinding; (9) Good overall condition with no recorded major systemic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Dental defects exceeding 1mm below the gingiva; (2) Disrupted occlusion and obvious malocclusion; (3) More than 20 missing teeth in the mouth; (4) Suffering from severe systemic diseases.
