intervention group:The intervention group received evidence-based nursing care, and assessed thirst related scales and measured oral saliva pH at 16:00 on day 1, day 3 and day 5, after surgery
Control group:The thirst related scale was assessed and oral saliva pH was measured at 16:00 on the 1st, 3rd, 5th,7th day after surgery using standard neurosurgical routine care.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years old; 2) Informed consent, willing to participate in this study; 3) Patients with pituitary adenoma after surgery 4) Be able to correctly understand and fill in or answer the questionnaire content.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with mental illness with cognitive impairment, such as inability to answer questions correctly; 2) Patients with swallowing dysfunction; 3) Patients with oral sensory disorders; 4) Critically ill patients
