18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: age>=18 years old ,<=80 years old 2: Elective esophagectomy (cervicothoracic-abdominal triple incision) 3: ASA Classification I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with previous thoracoscopic or open chest surgery 2: Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs 3: Patients with contraindications to epidural anesthesia or unwilling to undergo epidural anesthesia 4: Patients who are unable to cooperate with postoperative follow-up visits, communication disorders 5: Patients with a preoperative history of chronic pain or long-term use of analgesics 6: Patients who do not have full access to medical history 7: Patients who refused to participate in this trial
