Interventions

Intervention group:When atelectasis was found after anesthesia induction and at the end of the operation, ultrasound-guided lung recruitment was performed
Control group:After anesthesia induction and at the end of the operation, atelectasis was found and the traditional maneuver was used for lung recruitment

45 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients aged 45-74; 2) ASA grade ? ~ ?; 3) General anesthesia prone position surgery at an optional date.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe pulmonary and respiratory diseases before surgery. 2) Patients with atelectasis, pneumothorax, bullae, pleural effusion, and nerve damage before surgery. 3) BMI = 35 kg/m2. 4) Patients with a history of severe heart disease and thoracic surgery. 5) Patients with a recent history of general anesthesia surgery, and patients with this operation often = 1 h. 6) Patients with mental illness who do not cooperate with lung ultrasound, those with intellectual disabilities, and those who cannot give informed consent due to health conditions. 7) Patients with severe hemodynamic fluctuations, massive hemorrhage, and shock rescue during the operation. (8) Postoperative follow-up records were incomplete.
