Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 40 patients, aged = 18 years old, with normal development and no gender limit, diagnosed as pneumothorax/pulmonary nodules/malignant lung tumors/pulmonary metastases and requiring elective three-port VAT, were classified as I-III by the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), BMI:18.5-30 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? proposed for emergency surgery; ? pregnant and lactating women; ? abnormal coagulation or bacteremia, septicemia or puncture site infection; ? allergic to the anaesthetics used in the study; ? combined with neurological disorders, spinal disorders (deformity or trauma), history of thoracic spine surgery, history of open thoracic surgery or thoracoscopic surgery, the skin sensory abnormality of the thoracic and dorsal back; ? history of chronic pain or chronic opioid use; ? combined with mental illness, incapable of full capacity. History of chronic pain or chronic opioid use.
