Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fully understand, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign informed consent; 2. Select surgical patients requiring continuous monitoring of blood pressure by radial artery puncture catheterization; 3. ASA grade is ?-?; 4. Age 18 or above is not limited to gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone radial artery puncture within 1 month; 2. Patients with abnormal development of the radial and ulnar arteries, vascular diseases around the puncture site of the radial artery, congenital heart disease, hemorrhagic or cardiogenic shock; 3. Wounds, infections and hematoma near the radial artery puncture site; 4. Insufficient collateral circulation or negative Allen test; 5. Patients refused to sign informed consent to participate in the study; 6. Other conditions considered inappropriate by the investigator to participate in the study.
