18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age > 18 (2) more than 40 days after delivery, less than 1 year (3) mild to moderate postpartum Stress incontinence (4) postpartum Lochia is clean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) persons with urinary system inflammation or infection (2) patients diagnosed as urgency, filling or neurogenic urinary incontinence (3) patients with chronic cough and severe constipation (4) history of pelvic operation (5) severe pelvic organ prolapse
