Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 18 to 80 years old. 2. Case group: patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes; Control group: Individuals with normal glucose tolerance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects are under 18 years old or over 80 years old. 2. Diagnosed as type 1 diabetes or other types of diabetes. 3. Has received regular hypoglycemic therapy; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cancer. 5. Pregnant or lactating women.
