Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective open-heart surgery; ? Complete clinical data and age =60 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Unable to understand the corresponding scale before surgery, communication difficulties or refused to participate in the experimenter; ? Patients with preoperative combination of osteoarthritis, lower limb fracture, limb disability, lower limb or atrial thrombosis, etc. could not complete the physical function assessment; ? Patients who did not undergo abdominal CT examination within 3 months before surgery; ? Those who could not be contacted by phone after surgery or could not cooperate with the WHODAS assessment;
