Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 20 and 40 years old 2. Moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion (AFS score>5) 3. Subjects should have fertility requirements, possess good communication skills, and be able to cooperate for regular follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Abnormal vaginal bleeding or genital tract infection 3. Severe dysfunction of the liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs 4. Patients who are at a high risk for thrombosis 5. Combined with breast cancer 6. Combined with adenomyosis 7. Combined with endometriosis 8. Mild uterine adhesions
