Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fragility fracture of the hip; 2. Patients with vertebral fragility fractures. ; 3.Axial bone mineral density (BMD) or distal 1/3 of radius with T score =-2.5 by DXA; 4. Bone mineral density was defined as osteopenia (-2.5= T-score =-1.0) + fragility fracture of proximal humerus, pelvis, or distal forearm; 5. Simple bone mineral density measurement accord with osteopenia (2.5 ? T value ? - 1.0) of patients; 6.Age > 18 years old, regardless of gender, except pregnant women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were unwilling to participate in the trial, had poor compliance, and did not sign informed consent. 2. Patients judged by clinicians to be ineligible for participation (e.g., recent bereavement (within 3 months), Alzheimer's disease, or psychiatric conditions).
