Interventions

Dex group:Start administering 1 µg/kg of dexmedetomidine 30 minutes before anesthesia induction, diluted in 5 ml and delivered via inhalation for 10 minutes.
Control group:Start administering 5 ml of normal saline via inhalation 30 minutes before anesthesia induction.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lung cancer resection. 2) Anesthesia administered via intravenous general anesthesia. 3) Surgery duration exceeding 1 hour. 4) Age range between 18 and 65 years. 5) ASA classification levels I-III. 6) Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing perioperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 2) Individuals with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases. 3) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction. 4) Those with comorbid psychiatric illnesses. 5) Patients with changes in the surgical approach. 6) Postoperative transfer to the intensive care unit.
