Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Surgeon: ? regular employees of the hospital, familiar with the hospital's routine diagnosis and treatment procedures; ? with extensive clinical experience, working for 5 years or more, associate degree or above; ? voluntary participation in the study Anesthesiologists: ? regular employees of the hospital, familiar with the hospital's routine diagnosis and treatment process; ? have rich clinical experience, working for 5 years or more, associate degree or above; ? voluntary participation in the study Ward nurses: ? regular employees of the hospital, familiar with the hospital's routine nursing process; ? have rich clinical nursing experience, working for 5 years or more, intermediate or above title; ? voluntary participation in the study Operating room nurses: ? regular employees of the hospital, familiar with the hospital's routine surgical nursing process; ? have extensive clinical nursing experience in the operating room, working for 5 years or more, intermediate or above title; ? voluntary participation in the study Colorectal cancer surgery patients: ? first diagnosis of colorectal cancer and surgical treatment; ? condition allows effective communication, clear memory and clear language; ? willing to participate in this study and can not be affected by the disease to accept the interview, while obtaining the consent and cooperation of the family members. Hospital infection staff: ? engaged in hospital infection work for 10 years and above; ? with rich experience in hospital infection prevention and control management, intermediate and above; ? voluntary participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Surgeon: those who left the hospital in the last year for a mission such as assistance Anesthesiologists: Those who have been away from the hospital for the past year on an assignment such as support work. Ward nurse: Long-term sick leave or personal leave Operating room nurse: Long-term sick leave or personal leave Colorectal cancer surgery patients: ?combined with other systemic complications, critical condition; ? severe mental and cognitive disabilities; ? language communication disorders; ? hearing impaired persons Specialized hospital infection personnel: long-term sick leave and personal leave.
