Ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine group (Group D):0.375% ropivacaine 20ml + dexmetomidine 1.0 µ g / kg block the plane of the serratus anterior muscle at the fifth intercostal line of the axil
Ropivacaine group (group L):0.375% ropivacaine 20ml block the plane of the serratus anterior muscle at the fifth intercostal line of the axillary midline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing minimally invasive cardiac surgery 2. Patients aged 18 to 74 years 3. ASA class II or ?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor 2. Serious infection 3. Preexisting major liver, kidney or lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, or abnormal blood clotting function 4. Cardiac reoperation 5. Chronic pain syndrome 6. Application of chronic anti-inflammatory drugs and opioid drugs 7. Individuals with mental illness who cannot cooperate 8. Blood loss is greater than 50% blood volume 9. Maternal 10. Experimental drug allergy 11. Peripheral neuropathy 12. Immunosuppressive therapy or hormone therapy 13. Intraoperative conversion to median thoracotomy
