Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age > 18 years; (2) clinical manifestations of uremia, serum creatinine > 707.2 umol/L or glomerular filtration rate < 10 ml/min; (3) no history of hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and the first time receiving maintenance hemodialysis at enrollment; (4) able to undergo regular outpatient follow-up and have high compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) refusal to sign the informed consent form or provide true information.
