Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Aged > 18 years; ?Coronary slow flow was diagnosed by coronary angiography for the first time after admission; ?Plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 levels were measured during hospitalization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary aneurysmal dilation, coronary artery spasm, coronary thrombosis, or dissection ?Patients with pulmonary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, or valvular disease; ?Patients with a history of PCI or thrombolytic therapy
