Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: They met Rome IV criteria for constipation and had a history of more than 2 years. 2: Loose stools are rarely present without laxatives. 3: Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome. 4: After modified transit test and defecography, the patient was diagnosed as slow transit constipation or mixed constipation. 5: After medical treatment is invalid
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Organic disease and constipation induced by drugs 2: Merger intentional, liver, kidney, blood and other body implement qualitative sex disease 3: Merged thyroid diseases such as endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases 4: Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, anticholinergic drugs, antipsychotic drugs, calcium channel blockers and other constipation-causing drugs 5: Concomitant muscle diseases
