Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Patients with ischaemic stroke; (3) Time from onset to admitted to the emergency department or neurology department of West China Hospital within 30 days.

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients refused to participate in the study
