Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? first IVF/ICSI cycle; ?Female = 40 years of age; ? use of GnRH-a protocol, GnRH-ant protocol; ? with a normal uterine cavity where embryo transfer can be transferred.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (i) sperm donor cycle, oocyte donor cycle, natural cycle, microstimulation cycle, PPOS cycle; (ii) History of previous ovarian surgery, endometriosis, sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, endometrial polyps, severe uterine adhesions, and use of hormone replacement therapy within 3 months; (iii) Have other serious metabolic and endocrine diseases.
